Refund policy

We are committed to providing each of our Thrivers the very best experience possible. If you are unsatisfied with an ithriveX product, contact us immediately and we will resolve your issue with the utmost care.

Although we make every effort to pack our products carefully, errors or damage does occur occasionally. When your product arrives, please check your order carefully. In the event that a shipping error occurred or the product is damaged or expired, we will exchange it with no extra shipping costs.

Please call or email our office within 2 business days. Please keep the original packaging intact, and to expedite the replacement process, please send along a photo of your damaged product for the delivery person to inspect and document the damage.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Our products are formulated without any harsh or irritating synthetic or petroleum based ingredients and therefore very gentle by nature. But you must keep in mind that it is possible to develop allergies or sensitivities to any substance on earth - including natural substances. If you have known allergies, allergy-prone, sensitive or over-reactive skin, you should carefully review ingredient list before using any new product. To avoid product returns customers with allergy-prone and sensitive skin should try a sample patch on their skin first before using on full-sized areas.

The ithriveX Guarantee only applies to the original purchaser, and does not apply to product purchased through flea markets, thrift stores, garage sales, auctions and other secondary markets whether online or at a physical address.
